Plitvice Lakes is a national park in Croatia, which is included in the UNESCO World Heritage list of sites.

The local environmentalists carefully guard the natural balance of the park. For this reason, footpaths with floorings were built for visitors, all transport (pleasure boats, special road trains) runs on electricity. In addition, it is prohibited to enter the park with dogsand  to hold picnics here.
