Do not make use of street swappers. Such actions are punishable. You can get an administrative fine. For example, Serbia, the neighboring state, imprisons for such actions.
In Montenegro, it is problematic to use credit cards and travelers cheques. You can do it only in popular resort towns where you can pay with Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, Diners Club credit cards.
